What we hold
When you create an account or place an order, we keep the details needed to recognise you, fulfil the order and show its progress: your name, email, delivery address, phone number, purchased items, payment status and tracking updates.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. The Rave Hub records the payment and order references needed for fulfilment, but does not store your complete card number or card security code.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, a random browser identifier and visit identifier help us understand pages visited, active time, device category, referral source, product views, bag activity, checkout starts and confirmed purchases. This system does not fingerprint devices or save IP addresses in the analytics database.
Your choice
Analytics is off until you allow it. Choose “Essential only” to use the site without analytics, or reopen Privacy choices from any page footer. Essential storage still keeps your basket, sign-in session and privacy preference working.
Retention & security
Anonymous analytics is automatically removed after roughly 13 months. Account and order records are protected by access controls and retained for customer service, fulfilment, fraud prevention and applicable record-keeping duties.
Your rights
You can update your account details and delivery book from your account. For access, correction, deletion or another privacy request, email info@theravehub.co.uk. We may need to confirm your identity before changing protected records.
Outside services
Links and media from Stripe, Instagram, YouTube and Bandcamp may take you to services with their own privacy practices. We only load or link to them where they support payments, media or the community experience.
